Job summary

The Bergaila Companies is seeking a Senior LNG Project Engineer to lead critical projects at major LNG facilities. You will manage scope, schedules, safety, and quality, coordinating multi-disciplinary teams on site at Quintana, TX with a planned transition to downtown Houston.

With 8+ years in LNG or equivalent industrial environments, you will drive successful planning to closeout, ensure compliance with codes and QA/QC, and oversee budgets and Change Management.

Senior LNG Project Engineer – Lead Critical Projects in a Dynamic Industrial Environment

Are you a seasoned engineering professional with a passion for managing complex LNG projects at large industrial sites? Join our team as a Senior LNG Project Engineer and play a vital role in shaping the future of energy infrastructure. In this role, you will oversee minor capital projects within our engineering team, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with quality standards. Your onsite operations experience at significant industrial facilities will be crucial as you coordinate multidisciplinary teams, manage project schedules, and uphold rigorous safety and compliance standards. You will have the chance to influence project success from Quintana, TX, with a planned transition to downtown Houston, contributing to the growth of a high-impact LNG enterprise.

Required Skills

• Strong onsite operations and experience at large industrial sites, specifically LNG facilities
• Excellent project management skills, including scope development, scheduling, and resource coordination

• Certifications such as PMP, PE, or relevant safety certifications (e.g., OSHA, TWIC)

Preferred Education And Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Civil, Chemical, or related disciplines)
• 8+ years of experience in LNG or similar industrial project environments
• Demonstrated success managing multi-disciplinary projects from planning to closeout
• On-site operational experience preferred, especially in large industrial sites and LNG facilities

Other Requirements

• Valid, unexpired driver’s license for frequent travel between project sites and facilities
• Ability to relocate from Quintana, TX to downtown Houston by Q2 2026
• Willingness to work M-F, 40-hour workweeks, with occasional overtime based on project needs
• Ability to operate in various environments, including outdoor weather conditions and industrial settings while adhering to PPE requirements
• Commitment to safety, quality, and environmental standards
