Job summary

KBR Sustainable Technology Solutions (STS) is seeking an experienced Senior Expeditor to manage procurement, expediting, and project documentation for EPC activities in support of LNG projects. The role requires coordinating with project teams, suppliers, and stakeholders to ensure timely delivery and alignment with schedules.

Responsibilities include administering procurement files, expediting major equipment and bulk materials, tracking status in IPMS and Documentum, and guiding less

Qualifications

• LNG EPC experience required.
• Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to facilitate regular project meetings with teams, suppliers and stakeholders.
• Monitor supply chain status and communicate changes to management timely.
• Apply EPC procurement/expediting best practices to improve workflows.
• Provide guidance to junior team members as needed.
• Experience with IPMS and Documentum workflows is preferred.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent with 5+ years EPC expediting experience.

Responsibilities

• Administer, monitor, and track major equipment, minor equipment, and bulk material procurements.
• Expedite supplier deliverables and engineering data to maintain project schedules.
• Coordinate meetings with project teams, engineering personnel, and suppliers.
• Maintain procurement files, records, and documentation for PO compliance.
• Update expediting status reports and procurement tracking systems.
• Collaborate with construction teams to resolve issues on deliveries.
• Support Accounts Payable to verify milestones before invoicing.
• Monitor supplier performance and identify potential schedule risks.
• Communicate effectively across procurement, engineering, construction, and project controls.
