Job summary

KBR is seeking an Expeditor in Houston to manage and expedite procurement of building materials for EPC projects. The role requires LNG EPC experience, strong vendor coordination, and ability to maintain detailed procurement records through IPMS and Documentum.

You will collaborate with project teams to ensure timely deliveries and support project controls and accounts payable. The ideal candidate has 5+ years in EPC expediting, proficient in MS Office, and a history of improving procurement

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 5+ years of EPC expediting or related industry experience.
• Strong procurement, expediting, and project documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Administer and track major and bulk material procurements to ensure PO compliance and schedules.
• Expedite supplier deliverables to maintain project timelines.
• Coordinate meetings with project teams, engineers and suppliers to review progress.
• Maintain procurement files, records, and documentation for POs.
• Update expediting status reports and procurement tracking systems.
• Utilize IPMS and Documentum to monitor data, drawings and workflows.
• Collaborate with construction teams to resolve material issues and delays.
• Support Accounts Payable by verifying milestones before invoicing.
