KBR Sustainable Technology Solutions (STS) in Richmond, VA, is seeking a Senior Expeditor to drive expediting activities for a major pharmaceutical capital project. You will monitor supplier progress, manage critical equipment packages, and coordinate with Procurement, Engineering, Quality, Logistics, and Construction to keep milestones on track.

The role requires at least 5 years in expediting or related fields, a bachelor’s degree, strong scheduling and communication skills, and experience

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred.
• Minimum 5 years in expediting, procurement, or related roles.
• Experience with pharmaceutical, biotech, or EPC/EPCM projects is advantageous.
• Strong understanding of procurement, PO administration, and supplier manufacturing.

Responsabilidades

• Execute expediting activities for equipment, materials, and supplier deliverables.
• Manage purchase orders and critical equipment packages from award to final delivery.
• Develop and maintain expediting plans aligned with PO requirements and milestones.
• Review supplier schedules and required delivery dates to set priorities.
• Conduct supplier follow-up meetings to monitor progress across engineering, submittals, procurement, fabrication, and shipping.
• Identify schedule risks and escalate issues; drive mitigation and recovery plans.
• Coordinate with Engineering, Quality, Logistics, and Construction to resolve technical questions and ensure readiness.
• Maintain accurate supplier progress data and deliverables; report forecasts and status updates.
