Job summary

Bechtel is seeking a Senior Construction Supervisor for the Port Arthur LNG project in Port Arthur, TX. You will lead a team of superintendents and craft professionals, directing activities, coordinating subcontractors, and ensuring work adheres to design specifications, schedules, and budget constraints.

The role requires a clear communicator with extensive LNG/site experience, capable of developing look-ahead plans and managing field operations on a heavy industrial site.

Qualifications

• Requires bachelor's degree (or international equivalent) and 8-10 years of relevant experience or 12-14 years of relevant work experience in lieu of degree.
• Experience on LNG construction sites, especially along the U.S. Gulf Coast.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written; proficient in office software and documents.

• Directs craft professionals and coordinates subcontract work.
• Schedules work and reviews progress for each craft; ensures compliance with policies and budgets.
