Job summary

Bechtel Port Arthur LNG project seeks an experienced superintendent to lead and supervise craft teams on a large LNG construction site in Port Arthur, TX. You will direct craft activities, coordinate subcontract work, and ensure work aligns with schedules, budgets, and project policies.

The role requires extensive LNG/oil/gas project experience, strong communication, and proven team leadership abilities to deliver complex construction milestones on schedule.

Qualifications

• Minimum 12–14 years of relevant work experience or bachelor's degree (or international equivalent) and 8–10 years of relevant experience.
• Experience in LNG, oil, gas, refinery, petrochemical, minerals processing or power generating station construction along the U.S Gulf Coast preferred.
• Good communication skills, both verbal and written; able to develop 3 week look-ahead schedules and manage teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise superintendents and craft professionals on the project.
• Direct craft activities and coordinate subcontract work.
• Develop and execute 3-week look-ahead schedules for work operations.
• Ensure compliance with design documents, project policies, and budgets.
