Job summary

AMH is seeking a Lead LMS Specialist to own the LMS technical stack, ensure stability, and deliver analytics for decision‑making across Learning, IT, Compliance and vendors. You will govern integrations, reports, and content lifecycle while supporting eLearning and ILT programs.

The role emphasizes collaboration with HR and business leaders to drive adoption, maintain governance, and deliver compliant, audit-ready records in a fast-paced enterprise environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum three (3) years of LMS administration and/or related experience.
• Experience with eLearning and ILT campaigns.
• Experience with HRIS/LMS integrations (e.g., Workday) is preferred.
• Strong reporting/analytics skills and SQL/BI familiarity.

Responsibilities

• Designs and delivers audience campaigns for eLearning and ILT programs.
• Manages course launches and enterprise rollouts to maximize adoption.
• Facilitates train-the-trainer sessions on LMS functionality and dashboards.
• Collaborates with stakeholders to align LMS initiatives with priorities.
• Manages the full lifecycle of learning content within the LMS.
• Uploads, tests, debugs, and publishes SCORM/xAPI packages.
