Job summary

Trilliad is seeking an Associate, LMS Administrator to manage and optimize our LMS, support users, deploy courses, and ensure seamless delivery of training content. You will handle helpdesk tickets, collaborate with IT and HR, and drive improvements in system performance and user experience.

The role emphasizes SCORM/xAPI compatibility, data privacy compliance, and building self-service resources. A strong IT mindset and cross-functional collaboration are essential.

Qualifications

• 2+ years administering a Learning Management System in corporate/educational environment.
• Experience providing technical support through a helpdesk system such as Zendesk or ServiceNow.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain the LMS platform to ensure system reliability and performance.
• Handle user account creation, roles, permissions, and enrollments.
• Upload, organize, and update courses, assessments, and training materials.
• Troubleshoot LMS issues and escalate complex cases as needed.
• Collaborate with IT, instructional designers, and HR to implement updates and improvements.
• Monitor Zendesk tickets and provide timely LMS-related support.
• Diagnose and resolve user access issues and course functionality problems.
• Document recurring issues and propose long-term solutions to improve UX.
• Develop knowledge base articles, FAQs, and self-service guides to reduce tickets.
• Communicate technical issues and resolutions clearly to both technical and non-technical users.
• Assist in testing and deploying SCORM/xAPI/AICC-compliant courses.
• Work with content providers to integrate third-party courses into the LMS.
