Job summary

V2X, Inc. is seeking an experienced LMS Specialist to support onboarding, compliance, and ongoing learning technology for the Engine Services division.

The role blends technical expertise with instructional design and user support to ensure accurate and compliant LMS tasks across training initiatives. Responsibilities include administering the LMS, content management, user support, course development collaboration, reporting, system maintenance, and compliance with data privacy.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with LMS platforms.
• Knowledge of SCORM, xAPI, and AICC standards.
• Proficient in reporting tools and Excel.
• Able to troubleshoot browser, SSO, and access issues.
• Familiarity with HTML/CSS or LMS branding tools (preferred)

Responsibilities

• LMS Administration: manage and optimize the learning platform.
• Content Management: upload and organize e-learning modules and media.
• User Support: resolve access issues and assist learners.
• Course Development Support: collaborate with designers to create courses.
• Reporting & Analysis: generate reports on participation and outcomes.
• System Maintenance: monitor performance and ensure data integrity.
• Compliance & Security: adhere to privacy laws and policies.
