Brightview Senior Living seeks a Vibrant Living Director to coach and lead a team while shaping vibrant life for residents. You will focus on delivering engaging social, educational, physical and spiritual programs and monitor trends to develop meaningful community activities.

The role requires leadership experience, strong communication, and project management skills to drive company-wide wellness initiatives and measure impact on resident participation and satisfaction.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in a field supporting vibrant living in a senior environment; marketing, education or geriatrics preferred.
• Minimum of seven years in a high-energy public role, three in leadership/supervisory capacity.
• Demonstrated ability to think creatively and influence others.
• Excellent verbal communication and ability to connect with diverse audiences.
• Ability to manage projects and multiple priorities with strong organizational skills.

Mansioni

• Provide leadership and direction to all associates with focus on delivering high-quality vibrant social, physical, educational and spiritual programs for residents.
• Monitor trends and developments in senior living and support development of robust, varied programs.
• Develop and share strategies, serve as a project manager for company-wide initiatives and wellness programs, measure resident participation and satisfaction.
• Contribute to Brightview community leadership with a positive, active impact on residents’ lives.
