Brightview Senior Living is seeking a Vibrant Living Assistant to help plan and implement a broad spectrum of engaging activities for residents. You will help organize events that touch on spiritual, physical, intellectual, cultural and emotional well-being, ensuring residents stay active and connected.

The role invites creativity, energy, and a positive attitude, with opportunities to showcase talents and support a vibrant community.

Qualifications

• You quickly connect with people and love to learn about them.
• You may showcase talents like singing, dancing, art, poetry, history, or trivia.
• Exercise creativity and bring energy to programs.
• You maintain a positive attitude and high energy.
• You hold an active driver's license in good standing.

Responsibilities

• Get to know Brightview residents to plan and implement spiritual, physical, intellectual, cultural and emotional programming.
• Promote and communicate upcoming community events and activities.
• Assist in organizing and running games, painting, singing and music activities.
• Use social media, email and newsletters to share daily events.
• Occasionally drive the company vehicle to transport residents to events for those over 21.
• Help set up and break down events and activities.
