Job summary

Brightview Senior Living LLC seeks a Vibrant Living Assistant to help residents lead an active, vibrant life. You will know residents well to plan and implement engaging programs across spiritual, physical, intellectual, cultural and emotional dimensions.

You will promote community events, participate in activities, and assist in organizing and running games, art, music, and other events. You’ll also use social media, email, and newsletters to showcase daily highlights.

Qualifications

• You quickly connect with people and love to learn about them.
• We hope you'll use your talents as a singer, dancer, artist, poet, historian, or trivia expert.
• Exercise your creativity.
• You have a positive attitude and a lot of energy.
• You have an active Driver's license in good standing.

Responsibilities

• Plan and implement spiritual, physical, intellectual, cultural and emotional programming to engage residents.
• Promote and communicate upcoming community events and activities.
• Participate in activities and help organize and run games, painting, singing and music events.
• Utilize social media, email, and newsletters to showcase daily happenings.
• Occasionally drive the company vehicle to transport residents to events (21+).
• Help set up and break down events and activities.
