Job summary

Integral Senior Living welcomes applications for a Vibrant Life Assistant to safely drive the community van and supervise residents during outings at our Morgan Hill, CA locations. The role includes assisting residents with boarding, supporting Vibrant Life activities, and maintaining safety and communication with staff.

The position emphasizes resident safety, teamwork, and positive interactions with families and staff, while participating in ongoing training and community tours as needed.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• High school education or equivalent.
• Valid Class of Driver’s License required by state.
• Prefer minimum of two years of driving experience, especially with elderly or dementia residents.

Responsibilities

• Operate community van safely for daily outings and medical appointments.
• Assist residents getting on/off the vehicle and supervise during outings.
• Follow state and federal driving laws and vehicle inspections.
• Act as Vibrant Life staff during outings and within the community.
• Assist with planned Vibrant Life activities and programs between trips.
• Report vehicle/van safety or maintenance issues to supervisor.
