Job summary

Atria Senior Living is seeking a dedicated driver to transport residents safely within the community and to social events. CDL is required, and candidates should have substantial driving experience and a focus on safety.

The role includes assisting residents, maintaining vehicles, and supporting the Engage Life program as needed. Excellent customer service and reliability are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED, or 1–3 months related experience/training.
• CDL required to operate commercial size vehicles.
• 5+ years of driving experience referenced in posting.
• Operates 7–16 passenger bus and related vehicles, including wheelchair lift.

Responsibilities

• Drive vehicle from community to social and other destinations according to schedule.
• Assist residents into and out of vehicle safely.
• Secure passengers' wheelchairs to restraints during trips.
• Practice safe driving techniques at all times.
