Spectrum Retirement Communities is seeking a full-time Transportation Coordinator (Driver) to deliver reliable, resident-focused transportation within the community. Responsibilities include coordinating schedules, communicating with residents, and providing operational support.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Must be 21 years of age with a minimum of 3 years of licensed driving experience.
• Must have a valid state Driver’s License (Class E) and Clean MVR.

Responsibilities

• Provide transportation services during scheduled hours and on designated medical days.
• Safely operate community vehicles for medical, recreational, and resident transportation.
• Enter and manage transportation requests in the digital transportation management system.
• Maintain vehicle readiness with routine inspections and clean, fueled, operational vehicles.
• Support Entertainment & Programming with outings and events, ensuring safety and timely returns.
• Provide non-driving community support and assist with programming and operations as needed.
