Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be 21+ with 3+ years licensed driving experience.
• Must have valid state driver's license and clean MVR.
• Ability to operate passenger vehicles, buses, and mobility lift systems.
• Experience with older adults, transportation, or coordination preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provides transportation services during scheduled work hours, including coverage of designated medical transportation days.
• Safely operate community vehicles to provide medical, recreational, and personal transportation to residents.
• Enter and manage transportation requests in the digital transportation management system, ensuring schedules are accurate and aligned with guidelines.
• Maintain vehicle readiness by completing routine inspections and ensuring vehicles are clean, fueled, and in good working condition.
• Support events and programming team with outings and logistics, including planning and resident participation.
• Provide non-driving support during off-hours, assisting with programming and interdepartmental tasks.
• Enter and manage transportation requests in the system, maintaining alignment with guidelines and availability.
