CorsoCare Personal Care is seeking a Training Support Specialist to enhance operational efficiency through effective training across departments in the Southeast Cincinnati area. The role involves developing interactive lesson plans, updating materials, and delivering sessions virtually and in person, reporting to the Director of Training and Education.

The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or higher, experience in healthcare or geriatrics, and strong skills with Microsoft Teams

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Healthcare, geriatrics, or elder care experience preferred.
• Ability to translate training concepts into effective lessons.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Teams and collaboration tools.

Responsibilities

• Develop and present interactive lesson plans aligned to business needs.
• Manage training regions and learning plans for new leaders.
• Coordinate onboarding and one-on-one coaching for directors.
• Update training materials and create facilitator guides.
• Collaborate with leadership and operations to support training.
• Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
• Monitor progress and measure training outcomes.
