Job summary

CorsoCare is seeking a Traveling Personal Care Director / Operations Specialist to provide guidance and oversight from a wellness perspective across communities in Ohio/Indiana. This role will cover vacancies, perform audits, and ensure standards are met while coordinating with the home office.

Requires a healthcare degree, 3+ years of management, and 70% travel. Proficiency in MS Office and the ability to master company software is essential; prior senior living experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Degree in healthcare or related field.
• Travel 70% required.
• Experience in Senior Living/Independent Living.
• Minimum of three years of management experience.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office; able to learn company software.

Responsibilities

• Act as the community Personal Care Director during a vacancy.
• Conduct resident assessments/service plans.
• Oversee and monitor resident care to ensure quality standards.
• Review physician orders with eMAR and pharmacy support.
• Verify ADL schedules during vacancies.
• Collaborate with Human Resources on performance concerns.
• Support training and development of care team members.
• Coordinate with home office for transitions of staff.
• Promote a positive, collaborative work environment.
• Conduct monthly audits for policy/regulatory compliance.
• Support wellness leaders with ongoing training.
• Perform other duties as required.
