Job summary

CorsoCare Personal Care is seeking a Traveling Training Support Specialist to drive onboarding and development of leadership within the organization. You will oversee lesson plan development, update training content, and deliver targeted coaching to new directors across multiple regions, both virtually and in person.

With a strong focus on organizational efficiency, you’ll manage regional training needs, maintain learning plans for leaders, and ensure adherence to policies while leveraging EHRs

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Experience in Healthcare, Geriatrics or elderly population preferred.
• Ability to apply learning concepts and technology for differing styles.

Responsibilities

• Manage education of new directors during onboarding and provide remedial training (virtual and in person).
• Develop and present interactive lesson plans with clear objectives and evaluation strategies.
• Deliver targeted training for new directors and arrange shoulder-to-shoulder coaching.
• Design engaging lesson plans aligned with business needs and update instructional materials.
• Collaborate on training development, PowerPoints, facilitator guides, and other materials.
• Maintain training content reflecting policy changes and organize materials for train-the-trainer use.
