Qualifications

• Multi-line commercial insurance underwriting experience with underwriting authority
• Senior Living industry-specific underwriting experience
• Strong business development skills with production & agency management orientation
• 5+ years handling Senior Living accounts and casualty lines expertise (General Liability, Professional Liability, Abuse & Molestation)

Responsibilities

• Market, manage and underwrite commercial business with select agencies or brokers.
• Drive profit and premium to meet financial goals by developing, negotiating and implementing business plans.
• Lead and influence agencies by creating sales strategies and implementing sales processes and practices.
• Plan and coordinate the Middle Market Underwriting Team on new business, renewals and service plans.
