Job summary

Uniguest is seeking an experienced Account Executive to grow our presence in the senior living market. You will develop relationships with operators and communities, identify new opportunities, and manage full sales cycles for digital engagement solutions.

The role requires deep knowledge of the senior living sector, strong prospecting and negotiation skills, and the ability to work remotely while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Proven B2B sales success with a track record of closing new business.
• Experience selling into the senior living industry.
• Experience selling technology, SaaS, digital engagement, or IPTV solutions.
• Established relationships within senior living organizations is highly desirable.
• Experience managing multi-stakeholder sales cycles.
• Strong prospecting, presentation, and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and grow relationships with senior living operators, communities, and key industry stakeholders.
• Identify, prospect, and develop new business opportunities within an assigned territory.
• Manage the full sales cycle from initial outreach through proposal, negotiation, and close.
• Understand customer needs and position Uniguest's portfolio of digital engagement solutions accordingly.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified opportunities.
• Develop relationships with decision-makers across operations, technology, resident experience, marketing, and executive leadership.
• Partner with internal teams including Sales Engineering, Product, Customer Success, and Marketing throughout the sales process.
• Maintain accurate pipeline, activity, and forecasting information within Salesforce.
• Represent Uniguest at industry events, conferences, and customer meetings.
• Stay informed on senior living industry trends, competitive solutions, and emerging technologies.
• All other duties as assigned.
