• Distribute supplies to appropriate departments and resident-care areas.
• Maintain clean, safe, and organized supply rooms.
• Track usage, identify waste, and help control supply costs.
• Communicate with vendors regarding pricing, backorders, substitutions, and delivery concerns.
• Complete inventory counts and maintain accurate purchasing records.
• Work closely with nursing and department leaders.
• Follow infection-control, storage, safety, and regulatory requirements.
