Job summary

Eagle's Trace by Erickson Senior Living invites qualified Speech-Language Pathologists to support residents with speech, language, swallowing, cognition, or voice therapies on campus in Texas. Compensation is commensurate with experience, up to $55 per hour.

Qualifications

• 1 year+ experience with older adults preferred.
• Current CPR Certification.
• Current valid state license (where applicable).

Responsibilities

• Provide speech-language pathology screenings, evaluations, treatments, and trainings across the community continuum of care.
• Follow Federal, State, payer guidelines, ASHA requirements, and company policies.
• Provide holistic care addressing physical, emotional, and clinical needs of residents.
• Implement personal care plans focusing on residents' strengths and preferences.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary clinical team to address residents' needs.
