Job summary

With 5+ years of kitchen management experience and a valid ServSafe License, you will ensure high-quality food, cost controls, sanitation, inventory management, and catering support within a collaborative team.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in kitchen operations and management.
• Must hold a current ServSafe Food Manager’s License.
• Excellent interpersonal, customer service, and communication skills.
• Extensive catering/event experience.
• Understanding of food safety and dietary regulations in a healthcare setting.

Responsibilities

• Support the Corporate Executive Chef in managing daily kitchen operations.
• Ensure high-quality food preparation, cost control, and regulatory compliance.
• Supervise back-of-house staff, oversee food production, sanitation, and inventory management.
• Assist with catering and special events.
• Maintain knowledge of BOH financial systems and operations.
