Job summary

- High-volume FOH/restaurant/special event experience.
- Excellent customer service, with de-escalation skills.
- Strong multitasking, prioritization, and organization.
Responsibilities
- Lead daily front-of-house dining operations and resident relations.
- Support FOH staffing: onboarding, scheduling, coaching, performance.
- Manage FOH inventory, vendors, and budget-conscious ordering.
- Oversee POS system, menu accuracy, opening/closing, and cash handling.
- Lead daily staff meetings and train FOH staff on service, safety, and sanitation.
