Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Prepare food per planned menus and recipes, ensuring quality and portion control.
• Assist with menu changes and ingredient sourcing, maintaining proper stock.
• Record temperatures and ensure compliance with safety and sanitation standards.
• Supervise cooks, servers, and dishwashers and mentor junior staff.
