National Church Residences is seeking Service Coordinators for True Light Haven, a 124-unit senior community in Atlanta, GA. The role focuses on advocating for residents, coordinating activities, and connecting residents with community services at 295 Penelope Drive NW, Atlanta, GA 30314.

The position requires a bachelor’s degree in social work or related field and 2+ years of experience delivering social services to seniors or families, with strong networking skills and commitment to resident

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in social work or related field.
• 2+ years delivering social services to elderly and/or family populations.
• Working knowledge of supportive services and local community resources.

Responsabilités

• Advocate, organize, problem-solve and deliver measurable results for residents.
• Coordinate programs and activities for residents.
• Serve as liaison to community agencies and network with service providers.
• Identify low-cost service providers and negotiate discounts.
• Develop a Resource Directory with state/local service providers.
