National Church Residences’ Martin House in Atlanta, GA seeks a Service Coordinator to support residents in a 153-unit senior apartment community. This full-time role coordinates programs, liaises with community agencies, and helps residents access services such as transportation, meals, and personal care.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s degree in social work or related field, with 2+ years delivering elder services, and a strong commitment to compassionate, resident-centered care.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in social work or related field preferred.
• Two or more years of experience delivering social services to elderly or family populations preferred.
• Working knowledge of supportive services and local community resources.
• Demonstrated ability to advocate, organize, problem-solve and deliver results for residents.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate programs and activities for residents.
• Serve as a liaison to community agencies and service providers.
• Identify low-cost service providers and negotiate discounts.
• Engage residents to identify needs and make referrals to services.
• Develop a Resource Directory of state/local service providers.
• Provide quality customer service and assist with basic needs.
