Grace Management, Inc. is seeking a Dining Room Server to provide pleasant and efficient meal service for senior residents in Scottsdale. The role involves following dietary standards, taking orders, serving meals, delivering trays, and maintaining a clean dining environment.

The Server will communicate with residents and staff, adhere to infections control procedures, and uphold residents’ rights while working a steady schedule on site at Ranch Estates at Scottsdale.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Able to read, write, and speak English.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Able to lift up to 40 pounds.
• Completion of drug testing and criminal background check.
• Follow infections control procedures.

Responsibilities

• Serve meals and assist in dining room service.
• Take orders and serve food.
• Set up and deliver trays upon request of chef/cook.
• Bus tables and maintain clean work areas.
• Follow residents’ rights policies.
