Job summary

Cogir Senior Living in Scottsdale, Arizona, is seeking a friendly Server to deliver exceptional dining experiences for our resident community. You will take orders, serve meals, accommodate dietary needs, and maintain a warm, welcoming dining atmosphere during meals and events.

The role offers flexible shifts, on-site work, and opportunities to grow within a supportive team that values care, collaboration, and service excellence for our residents and colleagues.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6–12 months experience in serving, hospitality, or customer service.
• Experience in senior living, healthcare, or hospitality settings is highly desirable.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet residents and guests, creating a positive dining atmosphere.
• Take meal orders accurately and deliver food promptly.
• Ensure meals meet dietary requirements and preferences, including portions and special requests.
• Serve meals with a smile and maintain a welcoming dining environment.
• Set tables with linens, utensils, and glassware before each meal.
• Clear tables after meals and maintain cleanliness and organization.
• Reset tables for the next service.
• Relay resident feedback to Culinary Director or kitchen staff.
• Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines and local health regulations.
