Cogir Senior Living in Scottsdale/Tucson area seeks a personable Server to provide exceptional dining experiences for our senior residents. You will greet residents, take orders, serve meals, and ensure dietary needs are met with care and accuracy.

Join a supportive team with flexible shifts. Prior serving or hospitality experience in senior living or healthcare is highly valued, along with a Food Handler Card.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and deliver excellent service.
• Team player with a friendly and professional demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Greet residents and guests warmly to create a positive dining atmosphere.
• Take meal orders accurately and deliver food and beverages promptly.
• Ensure meals meet dietary requirements and portion sizes per resident preferences.
• Clear and reset tables; maintain a clean dining area throughout shifts.
• Communicate resident feedback to Culinary Director or kitchen staff.
• Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines and health regulations.
