Cogir Senior Living in Scottsdale is seeking a friendly Server to deliver exceptional dining experiences to our senior residents, ensuring meals meet dietary needs and preferences with a welcoming, professional demeanor. You will join a supportive team and contribute to a warm, community-focused dining environment.

You will greet guests, take orders, serve promptly, maintain cleanliness, and adhere to food safety standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required.
• Food Handler Card is a plus.
• 6–12 months serving, hospitality or customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet residents and guests warmly, creating a positive dining atmosphere.
• Take meal orders accurately and deliver food and beverages promptly.
• Ensure meals meet residents' dietary requirements and preferences.
• Prepare the dining room before each meal by setting tables with linens, utensils, and glassware.
• Clear tables promptly after meals and reset for the next service.
• Communicate resident feedback to the Culinary Director or kitchen staff.
• Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines and local health regulations.
