Cogir Senior Living in Scottsdale, AZ, is seeking a Server to deliver exceptional dining experiences for senior residents. You will greet residents, take orders, and serve meals while accommodating dietary needs and preferences.

The role emphasizes friendliness, professionalism, and a welcoming dining atmosphere within our community restaurant. You will help set up the dining room, maintain sanitation, and relay resident feedback to the Culinary Director.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred but not required.
• Food Handler Card is a plus.
• 6-12 months experience in serving/hospitality/customer service.
• Experience in senior living, healthcare, or hospitality is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Greet residents and guests warmly, creating a positive dining atmosphere.
• Take meal orders accurately and deliver food and beverages promptly.
• Ensure meals meet dietary requirements and portion sizes.
• Serve with a friendly and professional demeanor.
• Set tables and maintain a clean dining environment.
• Clear and reset tables for the next service.
• Communicate resident feedback to the Culinary Director or kitchen staff.
• Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines and health regulations.
• Adhere to Cogir senior living standards in all duties.
