Cogir Senior Living in Scottsdale, Arizona, is seeking a friendly Server to deliver exceptional dining experiences to our senior residents. You will take orders, serve meals, accommodate dietary needs, and help create a welcoming, respectful dining environment in our community restaurant.

You will work with a caring team, enjoy flexible scheduling, and have opportunities for growth while contributing to resident well-being and satisfaction through attentive service and attention to detail.

Qualifications

• 6–12 months experience in serving, hospitality or customer service.
• Senior living, healthcare, or hospitality experience is desirable.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Friendly, patient and professional demeanor.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask.
• Available to work weekends and holidays.

Responsabilités

• Greet residents and guests, creating a positive dining atmosphere.
• Take meal orders and deliver food and beverages promptly.
• Ensure meals meet dietary requirements and preferences.
• Serve meals with a smile and professional service.
• Set tables with linens, utensils and glassware before meals.
• Clear and reset tables for the next service.
• Communicate resident feedback to the Culinary Director or kitchen staff.
• Follow food safety and Cogir standards and health regulations.
