Job summary

MBK Senior Living is seeking a Server to provide high-quality dining service, ensuring residents have an exceptional experience. You will take orders, serve meals, and help maintain a welcoming dining environment with emphasis on resident preferences and safety.

The role requires a High School diploma or GED, the ability to obtain Food Handler Certification, and eligibility to serve wine. Part-time and full-time schedules are available, with a focus on AM/PM shifts and some weekends.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Food Handler Certification and ability to serve wine.
• 18+ with proper work authorization.

Responsibilities

• Deliver dining service by taking orders and serving meals professionally.
• Maintain table etiquette and reset tables between courses.
• Engage with residents and assist with menu selections and dining needs.
• Adhere to dietary requirements and care plans as directed by supervisors.
• Ensure dining areas are clean and comply with food safety protocols.
