Job summary

MBK Senior Living is seeking a dedicated Server to provide high-quality dining service to our residents, with focus on resident satisfaction and safety. You will maintain a clean dining area, seat residents, and assist with meal service in a fast-paced setting.

The role requires a friendly demeanor, strong English communication, and adherence to dietary requirements. This on-site position offers opportunities for growth within our supportive hospitality-focused environment.

Qualifications

Must be 18 years or older or have proper work permit.
Background clearances, health screening, and TB test results within 7 days of employment (last 6 months).
Basic counting skills as required by the position (tracking meals/residents).
Excellent communication skills, including speaking, writing, reading English.

Responsibilities

Deliver exceptional dining service by taking accurate food orders and serving meals to residents, family members, and guests.
Uphold table etiquette by serving from the left, clearing dishes, and resetting tables.
Engage with residents in a friendly and courteous manner, assisting with meals and menu selections.
Adhere to dietary needs, restrictions, and preferences as outlined by supervision and care plans.
Track resident meal attendance and communicate with team members for safety checks.
