Job summary

Spectrum Retirement Communities is seeking a friendly Server to join our community dining team. You will guide residents to tables, present menus, suggest dishes, and help with drink selections to ensure an outstanding guest experience.

You will also perform opening and closing dining room duties, build resident relationships, and consistently deliver service similar to a guest’s favorite restaurant. Roles operate on both day and night shifts.

Qualifications

• Must display a friendly, welcoming demeanor to residents.
• Strong customer service presentation skills required.
• Ability to engage residents and maintain high service standards.
