Job summary

Spectrum Retirement Communities is seeking a Server to help create an exceptional dining experience for residents. You will guide residents to tables, present menus, suggest dishes, and assist with drink selections in a friendly, guest-focused environment.

The role requires a Food Handler’s Card or willingness to obtain one, with strong customer service presentation and a caring attitude toward residents.

Qualifications

• A big smile, eagerness to learn, and compassion for our Residents.
• If under the age of 18 must provide proper schoolwork authorization (if applicable).
• Server must currently hold a Food Handler’s Card, or be willing to obtain one facilitated by Spectrum, as required by state/county regulations.
• Strong customer service presentation and professional demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Direct residents to their tables, present menus, suggest dishes and assist in drink selection.
• Communicate resident orders using our state-of-the-art point of sale system.
• Complete all dining room opening and closing duties as established by the community.
