Job summary

Spectrum Retirement Communities is hiring a part-time Server to join our community restaurant. You will greet residents, guide them to tables, present menus, and help with dish and drink selections. You’ll use a POS system to relay orders and ensure guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Has or can obtain a Food Handler Card as required by regulations.
• Strong customer service presentation.
• Able to communicate effectively with residents and team members.

Responsibilities

• Direct residents to tables and present menus.
• Suggest dishes and assist with drink selection.
• Communicate orders to kitchen using the POS system and ensure accuracy.
• Perform opening and closing dining room duties as required.
