Job summary

Spectrum Retirement Communities is seeking a dedicated Server for a full-time day shift to help create an exceptional dining experience for residents, build relationships, and deliver service you would expect in your favorite restaurant. Your role includes guiding residents to tables, presenting menus, and assisting with drink selections.

Qualifications

• A big smile, eagerness to learn, and compassion for our Residents.
• If under the age of 18 must provide proper schoolwork authorization (if applicable).
• Server must currently hold a Food Handler’s Card, or be willing to obtain one facilitated by Spectrum, as required by state/county regulations.
• Strong customer service presentation is required.

Responsibilities

• Direct residents to tables, present menus, suggest dishes and assist with drink selection.
• Communicate specific resident orders using the state-of-the-art point of sale system.
• Complete all dining room opening and closing duties as established by the community.
