Job summary

Spectrum Retirement Communities is seeking a part-time Server to support our community restaurant. You will directly assist residents, guide them to tables, present menus, and help with drink choices to create a welcoming dining experience.

Responsibilities include relaying orders via a modern POS system and performing opening/closing dining room duties as required by the community. This role emphasizes friendly service and strong guest relations.

Qualifications

• A big smile, eagerness to learn, and compassion for our Residents.
• If under the age of 18 must provide proper schoolwork authorization.
• Server must currently hold a Food Handler’s Card, or be willing to obtain one facilitated by Spectrum, as required by state and/or county regulations.
• It is required for a Server to have strong customer service presentation.

Responsibilities

• Direct residents to tables, present menus, suggest dishes and assist in drink selection.
• Communicate orders to the state-of-the-art POS system.
• Complete all dining room opening and closing duties as established by the community.
