Job summary

MBK Senior Living is hiring a Server for our California communities. The position schedules 10:45am to 7:00pm, Thursday through Monday, with pay between $17 and $17.50 per hour. You will deliver high-quality dining service, seat residents, and ensure a welcoming dining experience in a hospitality-driven environment.

Required is a high school diploma or GED; Food Handler Certification is preferred. Prior restaurant exposure or the ability to learn quickly will help you succeed, along with strong

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional dining service by taking accurate food orders and serving meals professionally.
• Maintain table etiquette, clear dishes between courses, and reset tables promptly.
• Assist residents with meal selections and dining needs; follow dietary restrictions.
• Ensure dining areas are clean and comply with food safety protocols.
• Set up and reset tables, restock dining supplies, and assist with kitchen tasks as needed.
• Support marketing efforts through positive interactions and professional presentation.
