MBK Senior Living in Huntington Beach, CA is seeking a Server to provide high-quality dining service for residents. You will deliver meals, assist with selections, and ensure a clean dining environment while maintaining safety and following dietary plans.

The role emphasizes resident satisfaction, teamwork, and adherence to policies. Full-time evening shifts with competitive pay are offered within a supportive hospitality culture.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older or have valid work permit.
• Background clearances, health screening and TB test within 7 days of employment.
• Basic counting skills as required by the position.
• Excellent communication skills in English (spoken and written).
• Ability to operate standard serving equipment (salad bar, heating cart, trays).
• Must meet state requirements, e.g., Food Handler Certification.

Responsabilités

• Deliver dining service by taking accurate orders and serving meals professionally.
• Uphold etiquette, clear tables between courses, and reset for next service.
• Engage with residents, assist with meal choices and dining needs.
• Follow dietary plans and restrictions as outlined by care plans.
• Track meal attendance and report safety checks promptly.
• Deliver meals to rooms when required and maintain dining area cleanliness.
