Job summary

MBK Senior Living is seeking a friendly Server to provide high-quality dining service in our community. You will take orders, serve meals, seat residents, and ensure a pleasant dining experience with attention to dietary needs and safety protocols.

This role requires weekend and holiday availability, with pay depending on experience. A high school diploma or GED and a Food Handler Certification are preferred, and full-time opportunities include comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills in English and a courteous, professional demeanor.
• Experience in restaurant operations or hospitality is preferred.
• Must be capable of standing for long periods and lifting up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Deliver dining service by taking accurate orders and serving meals with care.
• Seat residents and guests, maintain table etiquette and reset tables between courses.
• Attend to residents’ dietary needs and preferences per care plan and supervisor guidance.
• Greet residents and create a welcoming dining environment with friendly, responsive service.
• Ensure clean dining areas and proper storage of supplies, restocking as needed.
• Assist with deliveries, stocking, dishwashing, and supporting kitchen and dining staff.
