Qualifications

• Read and follow simple instructions.

• Demonstrate physical stamina to stand and walk during shifts.

Responsabilités

• Assists residents when placing orders from the menu.
• Provides beverage service and refills as needed.
• Keeps dining areas clean, including sweeping and mopping.
• Reports broken equipment or tableware to supervisor.
• Assists with tray service and dining room turnover.
• Maintains confidentiality of resident information.
• Interacts politely with residents, guests, co-workers and supervisors.
• Attends required trainings and staff meetings.
