Responsabilidades

• Assists residents when placing orders from the menu.
• Provides beverage service including water, iced tea, juices, milk, and coffee/tea.
• Refills salt, pepper, and sugar bowls before and after meals.
• Reports any broken equipment or tableware to the supervisor.
• Understands sit-down service and proper serving techniques.
• Assists with tray service and dining room clean-up.
• Follows confidentiality policies regarding resident information.
• Interacts in a polite and considerate manner with residents, guests, staff.
• Sweeps, mops, and vacuums the dining room and kitchen areas.
