Job summary

The Northbridge Companies is seeking Server/Waitstaff to join our Culinary team and provide excellent service to our senior residents. You will work closely with the Culinary Director to ensure meals are served smoothly from kitchen to table.

Experience is preferred but training is available. The role offers a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays, with opportunities for growth and ongoing training in a supportive environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in food service or customer service preferred.
• Be friendly and easy to approach to make guests feel welcome.
• Stay positive, especially when it’s busy, to keep things happy.
• Notice when things need to be clean, helping keep the dining area tidy and safe.

Responsibilities

• Check that dishes look perfect before serving to residents.
• Talk to residents in a friendly way, share the daily menu, and ensure satisfaction.
• Keep the kitchen and dining room clean and follow food safety rules.
• Communicate any special requests clearly to the kitchen.
• After each meal, reset the Dining Room and maintain a welcoming environment.
