Job summary

Cogir Senior Living seeks a friendly Server to deliver exceptional dining experiences for our senior residents. You will warmly greet guests, take orders, and ensure meals meet dietary needs while maintaining a welcoming dining environment.

Flexible schedules and growth opportunities are offered in a supportive team setting. You will also prepare the dining area, handle food service steps, and communicate resident feedback to the Culinary Director.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required.
• A Food Handler Card is a plus.
• Experience in serving or hospitality is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Greet residents and guests warmly, creating a positive dining atmosphere.
• Take meal orders accurately and deliver food and beverages promptly.
• Ensure meals meet residents’ dietary requirements and preferences.
• Serve with a friendly, professional demeanor.
• Set tables with linens and utensils before meals.
• Clear and reset tables for the next service.
• Communicate feedback to the Culinary Director.
• Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines.
