Northbridge Communities in Maine is seeking a cook who loves food and wants a more predictable schedule with stronger benefits. Bring restaurant experience, creativity, and a team mindset to a senior living kitchen where accuracy and care matter every day.

You’ll work closely with our Culinary Director to ensure dishes are prepared, served, and cleaned up, while chatting with residents, keeping the dining area tidy, and upholding food safety and quality across meals.

Formación

• Experience in a restaurant or with customers preferred; training provided.
• Willing to adapt to changing roles.
• Maintain a positive attitude during busy shifts.
• Be patient and understanding with residents.
• Notice when things need to be cleaned to keep the dining area tidy and safe.

Responsabilidades

• Prep food as directed by the Culinary Director.
• Interact with residents, share daily menu, and ensure satisfaction.
• Serve dishes to residents with kindness.
• Assist in cleaning pots, pans, and keeping the kitchen area clean.
• Keep the kitchen and dining room clean and follow food safety rules.
• Assist Chef with cooking at meal service.
