The Northbridge Companies in Wayland, MA, is seeking a Server / Waitstaff to join our culinary team in a Senior Living setting. You will work with our Culinary Director to ensure residents receive excellent service and meals delivered smoothly from kitchen to table.

We offer a full-time schedule with early and mid shifts, including some weekend work. You will be part of a caring team focused on growth, training, and providing memorable dining experiences for our residents.

Qualifikationen

• Prior serving experience is required.
• Experience with dementia is a plus.
• Be friendly and easy to approach to make guests feel welcome.
• Stay positive, especially when it's busy, to keep things happy.
• Be patient and understanding when customers have requests or concerns.

Aufgaben

• Check that dishes look perfect before serving to residents.
• Engage with residents, share the daily menu, and ensure satisfaction.
• Keep the dining room and kitchen clean and follow food-safety rules.
• Communicate any special requests clearly to the kitchen.
• After meals, reset the dining room and maintain a welcoming environment.
